Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of ML Studio. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.
Who may use the platform
- You must be 18+ and able to enter a contract.
Account registration
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content, malware, scraping, attacks, unauthorised personal data processing, attempts to reverse engineer the platform, or use of the service to make harmful or discriminatory automated decisions.
Uploaded data responsibilities
- You must have the right to upload and analyse any dataset and avoid uploading unnecessary personal data.
Prohibited data uploads
- No special category data unless explicitly enabled; no children's data; no data obtained unlawfully.
AI and ML output limitations
- AI outputs are decision-support only. Validate before use.
No professional advice
- The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulated professional advice.
Subscription access
- Free demos and paid subscriptions are governed by the Subscription Terms.
Digital content and service quality
- The service should match its description and we will use reasonable care and skill. Bugs, downtime, and model limitations may occur; we provide support and correction routes. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Partner programme
- Partner activity is also governed by the Partner Terms.
Intellectual property
- We retain rights in the platform; you retain rights in your uploaded data and outputs.
Availability and maintenance
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk.
Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited; we do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
