Data Retention Policy
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, plus any period required by law.
Defaults
- Account data — life of account + 12 months.
- Billing records — 7 years (tax).
- Uploaded datasets — see Uploaded Dataset Policy.
- Audit logs — 24 months.
- Marketing data — until consent is withdrawn.
