Privacy Notice

ML Studio provides AI-powered analytics, machine learning, data visualisation, statistical analysis, reporting, insights, and partner dashboard services. We collect and process personal data to provide accounts, subscriptions, uploaded dataset analysis, support, security, partner tracking, and communications.

Personal data we collect

  • Account data (name, email, password hash).
  • Subscription and billing references.
  • Uploaded dataset metadata and content (provided by you).
  • Partner data, commission records, lead notes.
  • Marketing preferences and engagement.
  • Cookie, device, and analytics data (subject to consent).

Why we collect it

  • To create and operate your account, deliver paid features, support partners, secure the platform, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations.

Lawful bases

  • Contract — to deliver the service you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, product improvement.
  • Consent — non-essential cookies and marketing emails.
  • Legal obligation — accounting and regulatory records.

Uploaded datasets

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload data. Special category data must not be uploaded unless explicitly enabled and documented. We process datasets only to deliver the analysis you request.

Children's data

  • The service is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Retention

  • See the Data Retention Policy. In summary: account data is kept while your account is active; uploaded data follows the retention schedule; legal records are retained as required.

Sharing

  • With service providers (hosting, analytics with consent, payments) under contract.
  • With authorities where legally required.

International transfers

  • Where data leaves the UK, we use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

Your rights

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Submit requests via the Compliance Centre.

Complaints

  • You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
