Partner Terms
These Partner Terms apply to anyone enrolled in the ML Studio referral programme.
Commission
- 25% commission on qualifying sales attributed to your referral link.
Qualifying sales
- A qualifying sale is a paid Subscriber purchase made by a referred user that is not refunded within the cooling-off period.
Approval and payment
- Commission is shown as estimated until verified and approved by an administrator.
Prohibited conduct
- No spam, no unsolicited marketing, no misleading earnings claims, no impersonation, no purchase of branded keywords without permission.
Disclosure
- You must disclose your affiliate relationship where required by advertising rules.
Data protection
- You must process lead data lawfully, with appropriate consent or other lawful basis, and only share data with us if you have permission to do so.
Confidentiality and tax
- Keep non-public information confidential. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate partner accounts for breach or risk.
